Conversational Agent for Surgery Preparations
At Qventus, I designed a conversational agent that gave patients clear, timely guidance before surgery—reducing stress for them and easing the workload for care teams. Launched across four hospitals, it cut late cancellations by up to 50%.
Inbox Redesign
At CoPilot AI, I led the redesign of the inbox to help users turn conversations into meetings. I simplified the layout, surfaced key actions, and introduced Smart Reply—an AI feature that helped users craft better replies, faster. The new experience drove a 60% increase in meetings booked and an 11% lift in monthly active users.

Over the past 5+ years, I’ve designed human-centered experiences for AI-powered systems in fast-paced startups across B2B SaaS and healthcare. I’ve helped products scale, taken features from 0–1, and—most importantly—delivered outcomes that made a real difference for both users and the business.
For me, good design is a balance of craft, clarity, and impact. I care about making products not just usable, but enjoyable—because the experience matters as much as the problem it solves.
What excites me most is shaping ideas into something tangible for users and uncovering both the challenges and possibilities that emerge in the process.
Outside of design, I try to stay balanced and inspired. These days, that often means playing golf, hiking Vancouver’s trails, drinking tea… and did I mention golf?
